1. Walk-up: A customer may purchase tickets at the Cal Poly Ticket Office during regular office hours (stated above), provided that the tickets for that sport are on sale.
2. Telephone: A customer may place an order by telephone through the ticket office with a Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. The credit card will be charged immediately and the tickets will be mailed to the customer ten days prior to the event. If it is 10 days or less before the event, all tickets will be held in WILL CALL.
3. Online: A customer may place an order online at 24 hours a day.

Cal Poly accepts cash, check, or credit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). There is a $25.00 charge for any returned check.

For season ticket holders, payment must be received at the time of the order. Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seat(s).

In order to provide the best service possible to all our customers, deadline dates on applications are very important.

Customers who miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating assignments and tickets.

WILL CALL is defined as tickets left by the Athletics Department, tickets purchased via the mail or phone orders that were not mailed, or tickets left by a third party. All orders placed within 10 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL if not sent vie email. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all customers must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name, the customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.

Please handle tickets with care. The Cal Poly Athletics Department is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Please contact the Cal Poly Ticket Office to discuss the replacement of tickets.

If there is a change of address or phone number, it is the owner's responsibility to notify the Cal Poly Ticket Office. Cal Poly is not and will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address. The Cal Poly Ticket Office will review all address changes.

All seat upgrades or changes must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to the ticket office. The notification can be a separate letter or written on the season ticket invoice. Ticket requests will be reviewed in the weeks following the renewal deadline.
